Returns and refunds

Our promise

If your order is not for you, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

First email support@hemavexlife.com or call (877) 272-4181, and we will send you the return address and an authorization number for your parcel.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within a few days of your return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Returning an order does not cancel a subscription on its own. To stop the next charges, cancel as the Terms of sale explain.
